Michael Morgan
President
A graduate of Towson University, Michael started his staffing industry career in 1996. With the goal of providing realistic and unique employment solutions for his clients, he founded MJ Morgan Group in 2006. His many years of building and maintaining client relationships have contributed to the success of MJM. Having worked in the industry for over 15 years, Michael is an expert in providing employment strategies for MJ Morgan Group’s many customers. This is the people business, and nobody’s more of a people person than Michael.
Patrick Cosgrove
Vice President
Patrick was born and raised in Baltimore. After attending Loyola Blakefield in Towson, MD, he received his Business degree from the Erivan K. Haub School of Business at St. Joseph’s University. Patrick got his start in the staffing business by working his summers at a Baltimore-based light industrial staffing company. He is a founding partner of MJ Morgan Group and, as Vice President, he is involved in both operations and business development.
